Country Range has improved its mix recipes and the new versions are available from this month.

The make-up instructions are slightly different so customers are advised to check the label for more preparation details.
Many of the mixes conform to the Food Standards Agency’s guidelines, which means they can be used in schools.

The new and improved mixes include:
  • Sponge mix
  • Scone mix - perfect for sweet or savoury scones or to use as a topping for cobblers
  • White bread and roll mix
  • Chocolate sponge mix - FSA 2010 compliant so schools will love it too!
  • Crumble mix - use straight from the bag as a topping or ingredient
  • All purpose pastry mix - for pies, pastries, desserts and more
  • Suet mix - perfect for making puddings for vegetarians and freeze thaw stable
  • Shortcrust pastry mix - simply add water and mix for a perfect product every time
  • Ginger sponge mix - use to create delicious sponges, gingerbread or muffins
