Vegetables 49% Cabbage, WHEAT Flour, Water, Pea, SOY Bean [Edamame], Carrot, Breadcrumbs (WHEAT Flour, Salt, Sugar, Palm Oil, Yeast), White Radish, Starch, Garlic, Salt, SOY Sauce (Water, SOY Bean, WHEAT, Salt, Alcohol), SESAME Oil, Ginger, Spinach Powder 0.2%, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Dextrose, Cabbage Powder.
Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoonful of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add frozen product and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 1 cup of water (about 60ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away.
Deep Fry: Fry at 170c - 180c for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Boil: Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
Steam: Steam at 100c for about 5 minutes.
