- French fries 18 x 18 mm, deep frozen
Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, salt, dextrin, raising agent (E450, E500), maltodextrin, thickener (E415), turmeric, paprika extract.
Oven: Preheat to 220C. Spread a single layer of the chips in the middle of the oven and bake for 22-25 minutes. Turning once until golden brown. Frying: Preheat the frying oil to 180C (347F), fry 3-3.5 min until golden yellow and crispy.
Max. -18°C.
Cook from frozen.;Fryer: Max. 175°C, portion approx. 500g, 3-3½ min.;Oven: 220°C, 17-20 min.;Appliances may vary, the above methods of preparation are guidelines only.
