Sugar, Maize Starch, Dried EGG White, Acid (Citric Acid), MILK Proteins, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates), Dried EGG Powder, Flavourings, Colour (Carotenes).
Lemon Filling Instructions: 1. Blend required amount of cold water with the lemon filling and mix in a saucepan. 2. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously and simmer for 1 minute. 3. Pour into baked pastry cases, allow to cool completely. Meringue Mix Instructions: 1. Add required amount of cold water to meringue mix in a mixing bowl with a 4 litre capacity. 2. Whisk on a low speed for 1 minute until mix is evenly dispersed. 3. Increase to high speed and whisk until mixture forms stiff peaks. 4. Add required amount of caster sugar and blend on a low speed for 1 minute. 5. Cook for 40 minutes at 160°C / 320°F / Gas mark 3.
Store in a cool dry place.;Finished pies should be refrigerated and eaten within 24 hours.
