Our new stand was bigger and better than last year featuring a wide variety of demonstrations and samples from a host of current suppliers including Callebaut, The Handmade Cake Company, P&G Professional, Vegware, Twinings and a whole lot more.

A very popular area of our stand was the wine tasting pod with the Mistress of Wine, Sam Caporn, giving an informative insight into a variety of styles, whilst explaining why certain ingredients can considerably change the overall characteristics of a wine.  In addition to regular appearances on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, Sam is a past winner of the Madame Bollinger Medal, and organises her own bespoke private and corporate tastings, with the help of her unique wine flavour tree.
