As we look back on another successful year, we’re in celebratory mood. Our latest indulgent Christmas desserts launches (page 8) are testament to this and are the ultimate in decadence for your Yuletide menus.

Huge congratulations to Juliana Martins Pinto of Cuffley Manor, the worthy winner of the first ever Care Caterer of the Year competition, created in partnership by Bisto and Country Range (page 21). We were blown away by her amazing creations.

Our Category Focus this issue takes you on a journey ‘Around the world in 80 plates’ (page 16) with insight into the global cuisines which are set to take 2019 by storm, whilst our Melting Pot takes a look at nose to tail eating.
