This bouillion mix is a quick solution for chefs and caterers who don't have the time to make their own bouillons from scratch. Just add water to bouillon mix and stir to create a tasty stock that can be used as a base for sauces, gravies and soups. Each 2kg catering pack will yield approximately 80 litres.

Dextrose, Salt, Potato Starch, Flavouring, Yeast Extracts, Beef Fat Powder (2%), Dried Vegetables (Onion, Carrot), Sunflower Oil, Garlic Powder, Spice Extract (Pepper Powder).
Store in full sealed containers, under cool, ambient, dry conditions.
25g of mix requires 1 litre of water (1 oz of mix requires 2 pints of water). Simply blend the required amount of bouillon mix into the appropriate amount of boiling water until dissolved.
