Thomas Ridley Artwork Requirements

File Formats

Artwork will only be accepted in the following format:

• PDF files.
• CMYK only – no spot colours.
• 300dpi minimum resolution.
• All fonts must be embedded.
• Page size adverts with bleed must include 3mm bleed and crop marks.
• Artwork will not be accepted as Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Powerpoint or Publisher documents. All these applications (and most similar art software) will allow you to export your documents as PDF files.

This industry standard format guarantees your advert will be printed accurately.

Delivery

Send your PDF files via the following methods:

email: ash.snowdon@thomasridley.co.uk

www.wetransfer.com or similar sites, for files too big to send by email.

on a CD or DVD, post to:
