During the defrost cycle the rods of ice drop and are guillotined into a predetermined 1" length (approx). The ice is passed through a blast freeze tunnel where cubes are individually frozen prior to being held in a holding bunker at -10ºC ready for packing. The product is then passed over a grader to remove small pieces of ice. Each pack is 2.27kg.
Water
Store in a *** freezer at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
