Deep Fry;To achieve the lowest fat product please follow the Good Frying Practice guidelines carefully.;1. Always use good quality cooking oil. Discard any oil that smokes or foams.;2. Heat the oil to 180°C - 190°C (350°F - 375°F);3. Always cook from frozen. Do not overload the basket. As with any frozen chips the temperature of the oil should not drop more than 15 - 20 degrees during cooking.;4. Fry until golden using guidelines below, shake basket occasionally to ensure even cook.;Medium Cut 1 min 30 seconds;5. Remove the basket from the oil and shake thoroughly over the fryer before emptying.;6. For even lower fat tip onto absorbent paper.
