APPROXIMATE YIELD GUIDE;this pack makes 175 x 110ml (4 fl oz) portions;To make 1pt (568ml) - 100g (31/2 oz) jelly crystals and 515ml (18 fl oz) boiling water.;To make 1 ltr (35 fl oz) - 175g (6 oz) jelly crystals and 900 ml (32 fl oz) boiling water.;To make 35 pts (20 ltrs) - whole bag jelly crystals and 18 ltrs (32 pts) boiling water.;MAKE - UP INSTRUCTIONS;1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water;2. Stir well until completely dissolved;3. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator.;Made up jelly is best stored in a refrigerator below 5°C and eaten within 48;hours.
