Lemon Cheesecake (77%): Medium fat soft cheese (52%) (skimmed MILK, cream (MILK), maize starch, stabilisers: xanthan gum, locust bean gum), sugar, clotted cream (MILK), pasteurised whole EGG, whipping cream (MILK), water, lemon juice concentrate (2%), whole MILK powder, EGG yolk, modified maize starch, natural flavouring. Biscuit Base (19%): Biscuit crumb (WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), vegetable oils (sunflower oil, palm oil, rapeseed oil), sugar, wholemeal WHEAT flour, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, disodium diphosphate, malic acid; partially inverted sugar syrup, salt, dried whey (MILK), BARLEY malt extract), margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; natural flavouring).
