Rehydrated SOYA and WHEAT Protein [77%], Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Flavourings, Thickener [Methylcellulose], Wine Vinegar, Vegetable Fibres [Sugar Cane, Citrus], Colours [Beetroot Red, Safflower], WHEAT Starch, Maltodextrin, Reduced Sodium Salt, Herbs and Spices, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mushroom Powder, BARLEY Malt Extract, Vitamins and Minerals [Vitamin B12, Iron].
PAN: Fry the product in hot margarine or oil in medium heat for min 9 minutes. Turn the product at half time.
