        A great tasting curry sauce mix from Batchelors. This mix is ideal for large kitchens for making as little or as much curry sauce for when required. Suitable for vegetarians. This 2.5kg tub can make approximately 12.75 litres.    
    
	INGREDIENTS as consumed (greatest first): Water, Tomatoes (22%), Onion (8%), Apple (8%), Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Raisins (2%), Salt, Ground Spices (1%), Ground Fenugreek Seeds, Yeast Extract, Garlic, Ground Black Pepper, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate),Flavouring, Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Chilli, Ground Bay Leaf.

| Preparation | To Make One Litre: Measure out approx 200g (7oz) of Curry Sauce mix. Mix with 1 litre (approx 1¾ pints) of cold water. Bring to the boil stirring continuously and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. To Use The Whole Tub: Mix the contents to a smooth paste with 3 litres (approx 5¼ pints) of cold water. Mix into 9 litres (approx 15 ¾ pints) of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes approx 12.75 litres (22½ pints). |
