A classic mix of soy beans, Chinese rice vinegar and spices create this rich aromatic sauce. Ideal for chinese style dishes. Can be used hot or cold. No artificial colours or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Packaged in plastic jars, please recycle once used. Each jar is 1L and provides around 20 portions.
