A good-quality reduced-fat mayonnaise made from free-range egg yolks, chosen for its fantastic taste, texture and consistency. The Caterfood Select Light Mayonnaise has 54% less fat than the Caterfood Select Mayonnaise, while still providing a robust, tasty and versatile mayonnaise. This mayonnaise is available in either five litre or ten litre large tubs, perfect for professional kitchens.
