A dry mix consisting of a blend of skimmed milk powder, starch, sugar, colour and flavouring, which on reconstitution as instructed, produces a smooth custard. This custard is ideal for your trifles, tarts and crumbles. There are 4, 3.5kg bags of custard powder in this catering pack.

| Preparation | 200g of custard to 200ml of cold water to 800ml of boiling water. Measure required amount of cold water with the custard mix in a bowl mix gently to make a smooth paste. Bring the remaining water to the boil and add to the paste stirring continiously. Simmer for 1 minute and serve. |
