Frozen, pre-cooked German Bockwurst sausages made from traditionally ground pork and smoked. Great tasting premium pork bockwurst sausages, serve in hot dog rolls and cover with mustard and ketchup. GMO free. Made in Germany. Suitable for coeliacs. Each piece weighs 90g and is 16cm in length. There are 8 pieces in each catering pack.
Pork (91%), water, iodized salt, spices, seasoning, dextrose, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, stabiliser (E450), antioxidant (E300), modified maize starch, preservative ( E250), beech wood smoke, hog casing.
