Frozen, part baked and pre-sliced Focaccia bread. Perfect for making delicious sandwiches with. The holes on the top of the Focaccia allow for a better penetration of olive oil inside the bread, a soft texture and unique flavour. Suitable for vegetarians. Each piece weighs 90g and is approximately 14.5cm in length and 9.5cm wide. There are 36 pieces in each wholesale case.

| Preparation | Thaw the product at room temperature, fill it, and place it in a small electric oven for 3 minutes. Preheat the oven at 210°C. From frozen, place the products on baking trays. 5 to 7 seconds of steam (or 1 injection) when the products are in the oven. |
