Preparation OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/430°F/Gas Mark 7. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and cook for 20-22 mins, turning halfway through cooking. FRYING: Pre-heat oil to 180°C/350°F and deep fry for 6 mins. Drain well before serving.
