A korma sauce combining cream and coconut with a mild blend of spices. Simple to use, just add cooked meat, fish or vegetables as desired, heat and serve. Bain marie stable and meets DH 2012 salt targets. No MSG added, no artificial colours and no added artificial preservatives. Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Each catering jar is 2.2L. There are 2 jars in each wholesale case.
Water, sugar, desiccated coconut (4.5%), single cream (MILK) (4%), creamed coconut (4%), rapeseed oil, modified maize starch, concentrated tomato puree, double cream (MILK) (1.5%), spices (1%), ginger puree, garlic puree, dried onions, salt, acid (lactic acid), lemon juice concentrate, dried coriander leaf.
