A ready to use prepared chicken and vegetable soup with carrot, leek, celery and shallots in catering pouches. Contains no MSG, artificial colours or preservatives. Meets DH 2012 salt targets. Each 2.5L catering pouch provides around 40 portions of soup. There are 4 catering pouches in this 10.5kg bulk pack.
Water, vegetables (12%) [carrot (4.6%), leek (3.9%), CELERY (2.6%), shallots (1.3%)], chicken (4.6%), cheese ( MILK) [skimmed MILK, cream (MILK), BUTTERMILK powder, salt, garlic, pepper, herbs, MILK protein, starter culture], modified corn starch, olive oil, WHEAT flour, salt, yeast extract (contains BARLEY), EGG yolk, butter oil ( MILK), potassium chloride, herbs (parsley, bay leaf), flavourings, maltodextrin, fructose, garlic paste, nutmeg, white wine extract, balsamic vinegar powder (grape must, wine vinegar).
