Knorr professional mushroom soup mix powder. No added MSG, no added artificial colours and no preservatives. Meets UK 2017 Salt Targets for soups. Bain marie stable for 2 hours. Quick and easy to prepare and can be ready in 6 minutes. Suitable for vegetarians. Each catering tub is 2.21kg, providing up to 200 portions or 34 litres of soup.
Potato starch, maltodextrin, WHEAT flour, salt, sunflower oil, yeast extract, glucose syrup, palm fat, onion powder, sugar, mushroom juice concentrate (1.5%), mushrooms (1.4%), modified starch, flavourings, lemon juice, pepper, lovage root, BARLEY malt extract.
