Frozen, fully baked vegan chocolate pastry base topped with raspberries and a vegan ganache, finished with freeze dried raspberries. Simply thaw and serve. Made in the UK. Pre-cut into 14 slices and frozen so you can defrost only as much as is needed. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, registered by the Vegan society. 1.5kg catering bulk boxes.

| Preparation | For best results remove all packaging whilst product is still frozen & place on a serving plate. Defrost for approximately 8 hours or overnight in a refrigerator (5°C). Alternatively remove the required number of slices from frozen product & defrost each slice on a plate at 5°C for approximately 2 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated & consume within 48 hours. |
