This basic vegetable boullion is specially developed for chefs who want to keep costs to a minimum whilst still producing great tasting vegetable flavour. Ideal for soups, sauces, gravies and casseroles. Each pack makes approximately 100 litres. Halal certified and suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs.
Dextrose, salt, vegetable powders (onion, leek, carrot), yeast extracts, sunflower oil, turmeric, white pepper, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, flavouring, natural flavouring.
