This concentrated lamb stock base offers caterers and chefs the perfect way to incorporate that lamb flavour into their dishes. It is highly recommended as a total or partial replacement for lamb in a wide range of food applications. Each pack makes approximately 50 litres.
Lamb stock (lamb meat, water), sugar, salt, maize starch, onion juice concentrate, herb extractives (rosemary, thyme).
