This concentrated lamb stock base offers caterers and chefs the perfect way to incorporate that lamb flavour into their dishes. It is highly recommended as a total or partial replacement for lamb in a wide range of food applications. Each pack makes approximately 50 litres.
Lamb meat concentrate (42%), maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, dried glucose syrup, modified starch, vegetable concentrates (onion, garlic & carrot), emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, herb oils (nutmeg, rosemary and thyme).
