| Preparation | For standard mash add 300ml skimmed milk, 10g salted butter, 10g salt and a pinch of white pepper. Oven: Cook from frozen at 100% steam in a Combi Oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Cook from chilled at 100% steam in a Combi Oven for 6 to 9 minutes. Gas/Pressure Steamer: Cook from frozen for 40 minutes. Hob: Add 1L of water to the pan and cook from frozen for 20 to 25 minutes. |
