McDougalls plain savoury scone mix. This scone mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water and stir to blend the mixture together. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Baked scones are freeze thaw stable. Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 98 scones (6cm straight/7 cm fluted cutter).
