| Preparation | Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas Mark 6, place the chicken wings onto a baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 15-18 minutes. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Gently lower the chicken wings into the hot oil and fry for 6-8 minutes, drain and serve. |
