| Preparation | OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220C / Gas Mark 7. Place chicken on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 18 - 20 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken into the hot oil and fry for 4 - 5 minutes. Drain and serve. |
