This bouillion mix is a quick solution for chefs and caterers who don't have the time to make their own bouillons from scratch. Just add water to bouillon mix and stir to create a tasty stock that can be used as a base for sauces, gravies and soups. Each 3kg tub makes approximately 300 litres.
