A delicious suet pastry mix that is easy to use and only requires the addition of water. Meets school nutrition guidelines. Use to make a range of sweet or savoury dishes such as dumplings, jam roly polys, Christmas puddings, mince pies and steak & kidney puddings. Suitable for vegetarians. Each catering pack is 3.5kg, containing approximately 89 x 57g portions.
