Millac Gold Single is a blend of buttermilk, vegetable oil and dairy cream created especially for cooking. It's a single cream that never splits during cooking or re-heating, thickens faster than dairy single cream and there is no need for chilling.
Lactose Free BUTTERMILK, Water, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Lactose Free Cream (3.3%) (MILK), Modified Starch E1442, Emulsifier (Sodium Stearoyl-2-Lactylate), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Acidity Regulators (Trisodium Citrate, Disodium Phosphate), Colour (Beta Carotene).
