Dark chocolate mini cups (min. 53% cocoa solids) with a jagged cut top, to use as canapes with a sweet filling. They are 2.5cm (approx 1") diameter at the top, and carefully packed 72 pieces per outer case. Each cup holds 10ml of filling, so to fill a whole case requires 2 x 800g bags of Callebaut Mousse Powder. Perfect also for chocolate shot glasses at parties.
