Mini round meringue pieces made from fresh pasturised eggwhites. Simply spread the flat side with whipped cream and push together in pairs. Can also be used to decorate the top of larger desserts, cheesecakes, trifles, gateaux etc. There are 320 pieces in each catering pack. Each piece is 4.5cm in diameter and 2cm in height. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm.
