The Finely Crushed Polpa is obtained from fresh and ripe tomatoes which are processed within 24 hours after the harvesting to guarantee you a high quality product. It is the perfect product to make pizza thanks to it's smooth texture and high yield, as well as for use as a base in many recipes. Each unit weighs 10kg.
