Frozen, fully baked mini choux pastry eclairs filled with dairy cream and topped with Belgian chocolate sauce. Making choux pastry can be quite tricky so we've created some treats for you. Simply thaw and serve. There are 168 pieces in each pack. Each piece is 17g. 2.8kg catering bulk boxes.
