Butter beans are large, cream coloured and have a floury texture. They are a good source of potassium which helps in maintaining a healthy blood pressure. They are often used in mixed bean salads, stews, casseroles and to make veggie bean burgers. Packaged in metal cans, once used please recycle. Each can is 800g.
