Account Customers can now order ANY stocked goods up to 3.30pm ONLINE for FREE Next Day Delivery, from our fully stocked ranges of Fresh, Frozen, Chilled, Ambient and Non-Foods. So Account Customers can now place an order online by 3.30pm any day including Sunday evening for Monday delivery.

Telephone orders for Account Customers are still available up to 3.30pm Monday to Friday for Next Day Delivery.

UPDATE:- January 2022: Due to a substantial increase in dry ice & packaging costs we have been forced to add an additional frozen packaging charges of £14.99 (Per Item) for large and £2.99 (Per Item) for small frozen items ordered by non-account (guest) customers for delivery.

Shipping Charges for Non-Account (Guest) Customers

Delivery time via our third party courier partners is 2 to 3 working days using Standard Delivery, which for most postcodes is £4.99 per order.  There are exceptions for remote destinations, Highlands & Islands. Please note: We do NOT offer timed deliveries for customers using our courier services.
Please note: We do not ship frozen or chilled products to Guest customers on a Friday, as we do not deliver on weekends via third party. We will ship your order the following Monday for next day delivery.

Orders of £250 or more (excluding VAT) receive free Standard Delivery.

If you have a delivery deadline, please call our Customer Service team to discuss your requirements, or send us an email.

Orders are checked for stock availability at the time they are placed, and you will be notified if delivery is going to be delayed.  Should we be unable to deliver, we will let you know by email or by phone. If you wish to cancel the order at this time, your payment will be refunded in full.

When your order has been packed ready for despatch, you will receive an email from our Carrier giving the Consignment No. and the delivery day.  There will also be a link to allow you to track your order on the Carrier’s website.

When you're filling out your Delivery Address, please remember we need an address where someone will be there to sign for and receive the order - our carrier makes a charge for repeat delivery attempts if no-one is available.


          * UK is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland plus nearby islands EXCLUDING the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

        ** Working Day is Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding Bank Holidays.


            As well as our web-order delivery service, we can discuss special terms if your requirement is for:

            Larger bulk deliveries (including mixed pallets) A Territory Manager can discuss this with you if required.
            Branch deliveries for regional or national chains

Shipping Charges for Thomas Ridley Account Customers

Your Territory Manager will agree delivery days according to your location etc.. We offer free delivery on Thomas Ridley vehicles to our account customers for average orders of £75 per drop and above.


The return of goods may be made to the point of sale.
The refunding of damaged goods will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
