Shipping and Returns

Trade customers can order any stocked items online or by phone until 5pm on the day before their designated delivery day.

Please note: orders for Fresh Meat must be placed by 2pm and Fresh Produce by 4pm. Other non-stocked items will be clearly marked for extended processing times.

We offer order tracking for trade customers with Podfather. Please reach out to our customer service to sign up.

Mainland UK:

• £6.99 Standard delivery
• Free delivery on orders over £250 + VAT
• Frozen packaging fees £7.99 (large) / £5.99 (standard) per item

• Standard delivery – estimated 2-3 working days
• Although we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours please allow up to 3 working days for delivery
• Please note further delays may be experienced during busy periods or Bank holidays

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email notification from our carrier.
This includes:

• Your Consignment Number
• Your expected delivery day
• A tracking link so you can monitor the delivery via the courier’s website

There are exceptions for remote destinations, Highlands & Islands, and product availability.

Orders are checked for stock availability when placed. If there are any delays, we will inform you via email or phone.

If we are unable to deliver, you’ll be contacted and may choose to cancel for a full refund.

We currently do not deliver frozen goods to Northern Ireland due to transit complexities.

The return of goods may be made to the point of sale. Please contact our customer service team by email to make a returns request

Frozen and chilled goods cannot be returned by guest customers under any circumstances.
