A frozen, buttery Gluten free pastry case with a lemon filling, which is topped with peaks of piped meringue. Made using a tart au citron custard for a more deluxe taste. This pie is pre-portioned into 14 slices and packed 1 pie per outer. 1.6kg catering bulk box.
