A frozen, buttery gluten free pastry case with a lemon filling, which is topped with peaks of piped meringue. Made using a tart au citron custard for a more deluxe taste. This pie is pre-portioned into 14 slices and packed 1 pie per outer. 1.6kg catering bulk box.
Water, sugar, flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), sweetened condensed MILK (whole MILK, sugar, EGG yolk, margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), natural flavouring), modified maize starch, butter (MILK), shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), dextrose, lemon juice concentrate (2%), dried EGG white, stabilisers (agar, locust bean gum), thickeners (cellulose gum, zanthan gum), salt, lemon flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), colour (curcumin).
