Hot & Cold Foam is a blend of food additives used as a texturing. It is a gelling agent particularly suited to the manufacture of cold prepared aerated dairy products (mousses, toppings...). It produces a stable texture without syneresis. Each pack is 500g.
Palm and coconut oil, glucose syrup solids, emulsifier: E-472a, gelling agent: E-401, stabilizers: (E-450iii and E-339ii: 9.1%), MILK proteins and acidity regulators: E-263 and E-516.
