Cranberries are slowly brought to the boil breaking down the fruit. It is then simmered for a few minutes after which it is pumped into our fruit press where it is squeezed to extract the maximum amount of juice from the fruit. Made in the UK. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Glass jars, please recycle once used. Each jar is 340g. There are 6 jars in each wholesale case.
