| Preparation | For Best results cook from frozen. Place on lightly greased oven-able tray and cook in a pre-heated oven 180/200C for about 15-20 minutes. Turn once during cooking time. Using an electronic temperature probe ensure a core temperature of 75C is achieved. Cooking times may vary according to oven style and type. |
