Frozen, fully baked light choux pastry, filled with piped dairy cream with a lined layer of chocolate fondant and decorated with chocolate lacing over the top. Simply thaw and serve. Each piece weighs 30g and is approxiamtely 3 inches/7cm long. There are 50 pieces in each wholesale case.
