Frozen, coated thick cut 18mm fries, prefried with sunflower oil. Perfect premium fries for your menu, prepared with a Gluten-free coating for extra crispiness, Aviko Supercrunch fries have a long holding time and are prepared using the best potato varieties. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and Gluten free. Each catering pack is 2.5kg, ideal for foodservice.
Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, salt, dextrin, raising agent (E450, E500), maltodextrin, thickener (E415), turmeric, paprika extract.

| Preparation | Oven: Preheat to 220C. Spread a single layer of the chips in the middle of the oven and bake for 22-25 minutes. Turning once until golden brown. Frying: Preheat the frying oil to 180C (347F), fry 3-3.5 min until golden yellow and crispy. |
