Frozen, coated thick cut 18mm fries, prefried with sunflower oil. Perfect premium fries for your menu, prepared with a gluten-free coating for extra crispiness, Aviko Supercrunch fries have a long holding time and are prepared using the best potato varieties. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Each catering pack is 2.5kg, ideal for foodservice. There are 4 packs in each wholesale case.
Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, salt, dextrin, raising agent (E450, E500), maltodextrin, thickener (E415), turmeric, paprika extract.

| Preparation | Oven: Preheat to 220C. Spread a single layer of the chips in the middle of the oven and bake for 22-25 minutes. Turning once until golden brown. Frying: Preheat the frying oil to 180C (347F), fry 3-3.5 min until golden yellow and crispy. |
