| Preparation | DEEP FRY - 180C/350F - 4-4.5 mins. Best prepared by deep frying in good, clean cooking oil. When oil is at correct temperature, add frozen scampi gradually and turn frequently. Once cooked, the scampi should be drained on absorbent kitchen paper and served immediately. SHALLOW FRY - 190C/375F - 7-8 mins. Fry the scampi on a moderate heat, turning once during cooking. Once cooked, the scampi should be drained on absorbent kitchen paper and served immediately. |
