| Preparation | OVEN: Preheat oven to 220C /425F / Gas Mark 7. Place the steaks onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 18 - 20 minutes. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C /350F. Gently lower and fully immerse the steaks into the hot oil and fry for 4 - 5 minutes. Drain and serve. |
