| Preparation | OVEN: Pre-heat the oven to 200C/ 400F/ Gas Mark 6. Place the chicken tenders on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once half way through cooking. DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 180C, fully immerse the chicken tenders into the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes. Drain and serve. |
