A versatile sauce base made using hand-picked ceps from wild forests. Use to make a rich and creamy sauce, great in a variety of dishes. Make it your own by adding fresh, seasonal wild mushrooms. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Each catering tub is 800g, providing approximately 5 litres. There are 2 tubs in each wholesale case.
Wild Mushroom Stock (Water, Wild Mushroom, Mushroom Extract, Mushroom Juices, Onion, Garlic), Modified Tapioca Starch, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extracts, Sunflower Oil, Flavourings, Sugar, Herb & Spice Extracts.

Preparation 160g per litre with 880 ml warm water. Bring to the boil stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 mins. Finish with 120ml Double cream. Bring back to the boil and serve.
